Meet, Abby.

I believe it takes a special kind of person to willingly spend their day surrounded by tiny, unpredictable humans. Hi, I’m Abby, and I am that person. My career kicked off with five years in a busy commercial daycare center, where I was the lead teacher in every age group 6 weeks - 12 years old. While I loved them all, I quickly noticed that the toddler room was my true sweet spot—there’s just something about the raw chaos of a room full of two-year-olds that brings out my inner superpower.

Ready to call my own shots and master the entrepreneurial side of the industry, I took a leap of faith four years ago and started my very own in-home daycare.

Now, I am taking all of the knowledge, stories, advice, and everything in between that I have accumulated over the years, and (trauma) dumping it into this blog.

In all seriousness, the purpose of this blog is to share business shortcuts, sanity-saving hacks/advice, and laugh-out-loud moments in a comedic but practical way.
